I'm not only that cutie pie The one with the angel halo I'm the high stepin' one That leads the band Throughout the day[/s]
Midnight strolled through the halls of the mall carelessly, the humans had let her in, because she guessed from their comments she was, just a puppy, but oh, she wasn't only a puppy, sure, she was one, but she was a "charmer" of the humans, like all the others of her age. Her brown paws carried her briskly through the halls, under the feet of the humans as she saught out food to fill her small puppy stomach, whining to herself Midnight stopped and turned to a small smoothie stand, having known her, for the past few days layed out a small smoothie, blueberry this time, which she lapped up quickly and continued trooting down the hall.
The sugar flowed swiftly through Midnight's veins as she raced down the hall, basically only thriving on the smothie for energy, at the moment. Midnight swiftly made a left turn, racing and weaving her way through the feet of the humans as she made her way to her favorite resteraunt. Friendly's. She loved their sweet ice cream and crispy chicken fingers, not to mention the water that they'd give her, it was fizzy and sweet. Mindnight's tail wagged as she raced forward.
Sugar that led the day Like the star of the parade A cutie pie would deserve All of this Like she did, for sure

So let Mercy Come...
In this farewell There’s no blood There’s no Alibi ‘Cause I’ve Drawn Regret From the truth Of a Thousand Lies..
People parted respectfully for the newcoming dog. He was incredibly large, he was taller than most women if he stood on his hind legs. That thought gave him courage as he walked forward purposefully, narrowing his eyes at people who gawked at him too long. He took that as a threat, and he would not tolerate threats. With an appreciative grunt to the man who 'accidentally' dropped half a hot dog in front of him, Wilbur snatched it up, swallowing it in one bite. The man took that chance to pat him on the head. Wilbur tolerated it, and sniffed his hand before walking forward once more.
Other people had seen the man, and now paused to rub his ears or scratch him under the chin. He dog-smiled to the humans who did this, which laughed and walked off in a good mood. He licked the hand of a small child who had reached tentatively out to touch his side. She giggled and ran, squealing, to her mother to tell what happened. With a slight chuckle, Wilbur continued on.
He saw a bundle of fur race to a restaurant, and with a grunt of surprise, sped into a trot to investigate. How odd. Another dog in the same mall, and it looked like a small puppy. A gentle smile on his face, he walked up to the puppy, who had his back turned to him. In his deep, sensuous voice, he softly murmured to the pup, "What brings a fine young thing into this place? I'm sure a pup like you would have better things to do than beg for food from a mall restaurant." For What I’ve Done I start again And whatever pain may come Today this ends I’m Forgiving What I’ve Done

Midnight teetered only for a moment on her large paws, before she had turned completely around, to face the dog, that most deffinately looked like a large blob of white fur, but with four paws, and a head. She listened as the older, compared to her five months, male spoke, she took to thinking before she answered, "My mom and dad taught me to go to humans if there was nothing left that could be done." She answered in a sweet voice that rang like chimes, of innocence. Her flopped ears twisting slightly as she gazed up, her whole head tipped back, to view the larger dog.

Wilbur gave a slight chuckle. "Well, your parents were smart, but I don't think they meant to go into a mall. We're both lucky that we haven't been reported to the animal control." He looked around carefully as he spoke, eyeing humans who looked at them strangely. They were in danger here, yes. But whoever went after them would need to have a miracle to catch Wilbur. He turned back to his little charge. "Little Miss, what is your name? Mine is Wilbur." She seemed like a nice girl. Maybe they could be friends.

Midnight shook her head as the other dog spoke, "No, they haven't called animal control, I've been here for a few days already, maybe three." She watched as he pered around. looking at the humans who were shooting them strange looks, her eyes widened, dialating slightly, she quickly turned around to face the other dog, before he looked at her again, she heard as he introduced himself, Wilbur, she thought, commiting it to memory in her young, but growing brain. Midnight cocked her head, thinking only for mere seconds before she answered him, "My name's Midnight." She answered sweetly, innocence blending perfectly into her charming voice.

"Greetings, Midnight." He smiled down at the small pup. She was sweet, that was sure. She looked a little thin, but it could be fixed. He raised his head, looking around. There was a human with a rather large plate of around five corn dogs. The man caught sight of him staring, and with a smile, tossed one to each dog. He walked away after that, but he had done his job. Wilbur grinned, lowering his head to sniff the still hot peice of bread and meat on a stick. He ripped the food away from the stick, swallowing the thing whole. It settled in his belly, and he sat with a grin.

Midnight nodded to the male, when the corn dog landed in front of her she watched him, Wilbur, eats his first before lowering her head slightly, her ears flopping over her eyes, she ripped the corn dog of the stick, shaking off a piece, the rest flew a few feet away. Midnight gulped down her first piece and lept through the air, landing on top of the rest of her corn dog, pinning it down with her paws she ate it in a joyful style, shaking her head back and forth she gulped it down, finishing fairly quickly she trotted briskly and sat down a few feet away from Wilbur, lifting her paw and liking it gingerly.

Wilbur watched as she tore apart her corn dog with an amused grin. The girl was hungry. Hmm. He should have given her half of his. He shook his pelt softly, watching her clean her paws. "You seem a bit hungry." It was true. He had never seen a dog so young eat so fast, and pups ate quickly. He stood, looking around. No one was watching them.. Without another word to the pup, he walked into the restaurant. He let his nose lead him, and found what he was looking for. There, in a small box, was a helping of a few chicken pieces and potatoes. With a quick glance around, he grabbed the closed box in his large jaws. He trotted out of the place quickly, and laid the box down in front of the pup. With a quick tear of his teeth, the box stood open. "Enjoy."

Midnight watched as Wilbur walked away, shifting her paws in a slightly restless way until she caught sight of him, immediatly stopping her feet's movement as she watched him walk over to you, "Thank you." She murmured in her sweet and innocent voice when Wilbur said enjoy, she slowly lowered her head, lettering her ears flop slightly over her eyes again as she ate more slowly now, savoring the flavor of the sweet, somewhat greasy food as she joyfully ate the breaded chicken human food, and the potateos, that she could not really reconize, but she liked it any way. Midnight finished eating in a few minutes and licked her lips, before raising her head and sitting on her haunches with a content sigh, she was quite fairly happy and not to mention her puppy stomach was full.

He smiled. She was obviously stuffed, so he walked back into the restaurant, and found another box in the same place. Someone had replaced it because they found the other box missing. He grabbed it and bounded back out. He ripped it open like he ripped hers, he ate the potatoes in one big gulp. He ate the chicken more slowly, and sat back up with the box held nothing but crumbs. He licked his chops satisfyingly, and yawned. "I don't think it's a good idea to sit out in the open of a mall when we are so full we can't run. Do you know of any spots where there aren't as many people?"

Midnight calmly watched as Wilbur ate, burling up on two blocks of the tile floor, she had not noiced that he had finished eating, but she did notice when he spoke, nodding slightly in agreemnet as he spoke. It was not safe to stay in the middle of a crowd of humans, even her parents had taught her that, in the short months that she had been alive. Midnight's mind started working like someone had flicked a switch, searching for any ideas, coming up with a few, the Security hall, and maybe under a Coosk. She spoke slowly, "Well, maybe in the Security hall, or under a old Coosk." She answered thoughtfully.

"Lead the way, little miss." With a light chuckle, he stood. He stretched, then righted himself, looking around. He spotted a large can, and grabbed his empty box, walking over to the can and dropping it in. He repeated the same with Midnights, so the evidence of their stealing was thrown away. He returned next to Midnight, watching around them. He was getting edgier.

Midnight nodded to Wilbur's request, she stood, waiting until he had thrown the empty food boxes away until she began trotting away towards the Security Hallway, her tail swaying slightly and her still quite floppy ears twisting as she scanned the area with her alert brown ears for any dangers, just in case. Midnight did not want to be captured by the humans, even today, not to mention she would not feel as well running.
